Addium, Inc. is seeking a Director of Information Technology in Pullman, WA to lead infrastructure, enterprise apps, cybersecurity, and IT operations. You will partner with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology that drives operational excellence and growth.

The role oversees internal and offshore teams, manages key technology vendors, and champions innovation through automation and system integration in a fast-growing ag-tech environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• 12+ years in IT leadership roles, with cross-functional team management.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, ERP/CRM, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the CIO to define and execute IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise applications for high availability and scalability.
• Lead internal and offshore IT teams and manage MSP/vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection strategies.
• Drive automation and integration across business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Okta).
