Job summary

You will manage budgets, collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing and Sales, and guide agile delivery while ensuring security, scalability and reliable user support across the organization.

Travel up to 15% may be required, and the ideal candidate will be local or eligible for remote work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Experience managing both software development and IT infrastructure teams.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation, security and scalability of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud-based systems.
• Work with technology leaders to develop and enforce local IT policies, procedures and standards including cybersecurity protocols.
• Oversee IT support services to ensure high user satisfaction and minimal downtime.
• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of in-house software applications and systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing and deployment processes.
• Drive agile development methodologies and ensure efficient project management and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software developers, IT professionals, and support staff; talent acquisition and performance management.
• Develop and manage the technology budget.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers and consultants.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Sales to provide technological solutions.
