Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Information Technology to own our internal technology function end-to-end—from infrastructure to security and the IT roadmap—for a 100% onsite, rapidly scaling workforce across Florida and Arizona.

This senior leadership role requires rolling up sleeves when needed, communicating technology strategy to the C-suite, and balancing risk with growth. You will lead critical incidents, large projects, and live offsite events while shaping IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in senior IT leadership with budget ownership.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Active Directory, MDM, AWS, and Google Workspace.
• Experience presenting technology strategy, risk, and investments to executives.
• Experience owning IT security and compliance standards (access governance and incident response).
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations; Florida/Arizona or dual-state experience a plus.
• Experience building and scaling an IT organization with management layers as headcount grows.
• Willing to work hands-on and engage directly in infrastructure, systems, or incidents.

Responsabilités

• Own internal technology strategy and multi-year infrastructure roadmap across locations.
• Serve as senior voice on IT risk, performance, and investment to COO/CEO and executives.
• Own IT budget, justify investments, track spend, and improve efficiencies without compromising security.
• Define boundary between internal IT and client-facing tech, focusing on data security and governance.
• Lead a 10-person IT team, hire, coach, and manage performance; scale org as needed.
• Establish service standards and SLAs for internal support across locations.
• Hands-on leadership during complex issues, incidents, and major projects.
