You will manage internal and offshore teams, oversee vendors, and foster innovation through automation and process improvement, with a focus on reliability, data protection, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years in IT leadership roles, with 5+ years managing cross-functional IT teams.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), ERP/CRM, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise applications for reliability and scalability.
• Lead internal and offshore IT teams and manage MSP partners.
• Champion digital transformation, automation, and process improvements across the organization.
