Addium, Inc. is seeking a Director of Information Technology to provide strategic and operational leadership for the IT organization in Pullman, WA.

You will oversee infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and technology operations, reporting to the CIO and partnering with business leaders to drive vision and growth. The role requires 12+ years in IT leadership, strong governance, cloud and ERP/CRM experience, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT leadership experience and governance
• Strategic IT planning and budgeting experience
• Strong cybersecurity and risk management knowledge
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) integrations
• Experience managing offshore resources and MSPs
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define IT strategy and governance aligned with business goals.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud systems, and enterprise applications.
• Lead internal and offshore IT teams and MSP partnerships.
• Drive cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance programs.
• Champion digital transformation and workflow automation.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs.
