Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT and services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT business partner for operational and site leaders.
• Communicate IT strategy, portfolio and maintenance updates to the business.
• Clarify escalations and drive resolution with IT functions and providers.
• Ensure IT services deliver business value and meet objectives.
• Lead investment planning, roadmaps and project prioritisation.
• Own executive escalations end-to-end and keep stakeholders informed.
• Govern factory site IT service performance and incident handling.
