Job summary

Nokia is seeking an IT Advancement & Design professional to drive the development of IT platforms for business solutions across our enterprise. You will partner with business leaders to understand needs, align IT plans with strategy, and oversee end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives across the organization.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, proactive planning, and delivering value within budget and timelines, with a focus on factory/site IT services and executive support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT and services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT business partner on operational level for business functional/site/regional leaders.
• Communicate IT strategy, portfolio, and service performance to the business.
• Clarify escalations and drive resolution with relevant IT functions and providers.
• Ensure IT services deliver business value and align with objectives.
• Develop and manage capability and program roadmaps with business owners.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and drive implementations.
