Ladders is seeking an IT Strategy Manager to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role shapes enterprise technology direction with a focus on strategic evaluation and operating model design. You will partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to assess needs, translate complex information into options, and support decisions that improve efficiency and alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $128,480 – $176,660 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years in IT strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

The IT Strategy Manager will help shape and execute enterprise technology direction within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on strategic evaluation and operating model design. This role will partner closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders to assess needs, translate complex information into clear options, and support decisions that improve efficiency and alignment. The position is well suited to someone who can combine analytical rigor with practical technology consulting experience to drive meaningful transformation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,480 – $176,660 annually
