Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Strategy Manager to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role shapes enterprise technology direction with a focus on strategic evaluation and operating model design. You will partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to assess needs, translate complex information into options, and support decisions that improve efficiency and alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $128,480 – $176,660 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years in IT strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the IT strategy.
• Lead strategic assessments to evaluate business needs and technology options.
• Conduct fact-based analyses and develop transparent recommendations.
• Contribute to the design of the IT target operating model.
• Drive strategic measures from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT functions to align requirements.
• Prepare management-ready decision materials and communicate complex topics clearly.
