Job summary

Asphalt Specialists LLC seeks an IT Manager to lead our technology strategy across Asphalt Specialists LLC, T.K.M.S. LLC, and Lou's Transport LLC.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation while partnering with leadership to improve operations through technology. You will drive AI initiatives, automation, Power BI dashboards, and business intelligence, while managing MSPs and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and BI tools.
Strong project management, leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networks, hardware, and cybersecurity.
Manage ERP and CRM systems and future integrations.
Collaborate with Finance to develop AI, automation, and BI dashboards.
Manage MSPs and technology vendors.
Develop IT policies, budgets, disaster recovery plans, and governance.
