Job summary

Asphalt Specialists LLC seeks an IT Manager to lead our technology strategy across Asphalt Specialists LLC, T.K.M.S. LLC, and Lou's Transport LLC.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation while partnering with leadership to improve operations through technology. You will drive AI initiatives, automation, Power BI dashboards, and business intelligence, while managing MSPs and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and BI tools.
• Strong project management, leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networks, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Manage ERP and CRM systems and future integrations.

Experience and Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services,networks, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee ERP and CRM systems, including future implementationsand system integrations.
• Partner with Finance to develop AI, automation, Power BIdashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Manage the Company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) andtechnology vendors.
• Develop technology policies, budgets, disaster recovery plans,and IT governance.
• Support procurement, inventory, and operational technology improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvementacross the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, cloudinfrastructure, cybersecurity, and business intelligence tools.
