Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an Associate Account Manager to drive new business with Fortune 500 clients. You will make cold calls and meet client management to generate ongoing opportunities and ensure a steady flow of business while learning the IT staffing industry.

You will participate in a 4-5 month Artech Academy training program covering recruiting, account management and sales techniques, with salary from day one and uncapped commissions on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and proficient communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit candidates using sourcing incl. cold calls and networking.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting: scheduling interviews and coordinating client/candidate.
• Build candidate pipelines for in-demand skills (e.g., Java, .Net, DBA).
• Provide weekly pipeline status reports to Management.
• Budget: $50,000-$55,000 plus uncapped commissions.
