Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking an IT Sr. Systems Analyst Lead for Warehouse Management & Logistics to design, implement, and support technology solutions across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.

You will lead a team of analysts, partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable systems, and guide projects from planning through deployment while ensuring governance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related systems.
  • Experience leading application implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing analysts, vendors, or project teams.
  • Strong business analysis, solution design, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain technologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job description

The IT Sr. Systems Analyst Lead - Warehouse Management & Logistics is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions that enable warehouse, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

The position leads application enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing a team of analysts supporting the Warehouse Management and Logistics domain. Responsibilities include business analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, production support, vendor coordination, and roadmap planning to ensure solutions align with business priorities, IT standards, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
