Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking an IT Specialist - Tier 2 Support to join our Headquarters team in Forest Hills, PA. You will administer Microsoft 365 and Intune, support Windows and mobile devices, and coordinate services across multiple program sites.

You will work with vendors, manage assets, and help lead technology projects while ensuring confidential, high-quality service to staff. A2–4 years of IT experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support, including at least 1 year in Tier 2 support or system administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and mobile device management experience (Intune preferred).
• Troubleshooting skills in Windows, iOS/Android, and basic networking.
• Experience managing wireless, telecom, or internet accounts and coordinating multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support and manage device, wireless, telecom, and internet services across program sites.
• Serve as escalation point for the IT Assistant and administer mobile device management (Intune).
• Coordinate carrier/vendor relationships and oversee technology projects and transitions.
• Maintain IT procedures, knowledge base articles, and staff training materials while providing professional, confidential, and responsive customer service.
• Oversee equipment purchasing, inventory, and secure disposal; maintain Freshservice inventory with the IT Assistant.
