Job summary

Luzerne County Head Start is seeking an IT professional to manage the agency's technology infrastructure, data systems, and applications. You will ensure reliable operation and provide technical support to staff across departments.

The role includes assisting with cybersecurity and data protection, promoting secure use of technology in service delivery, and collaborating to identify and resolve technical needs throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; 3 years’ experience with computers, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and data entry; knowledge of databases, networking systems, backup procedures, and hardware/software setup.
• Experience with training staff on technology usage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and function of the agency’s technology infrastructure and data systems.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and ensure reliable operation of technology systems.
• Assist with cybersecurity and data protection to support secure service delivery.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify technology needs and resolve technical issues.
