Qualifications

• Two years IT experience including at least one year in applications or network support.
• Associate degree in IT required; additional IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides user support on hardware and software and trains staff.
• Analyzes current methods to design improved applications using IT equipment.
• Gathers data on costs, workloads, and report needs for system design.
• Sets IT project priorities and guides township staff across locations.
• Maintains network security measures and audits security logs.
• Configures servers, peripherals, and LAN software; troubleshoots issues.
• Creates and manages user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitors backups and disaster recovery procedures.
