Job summary

Customs Support Group seeks an IT Specialist to support colleagues across our DACH locations. You’ll work from home with occasional on-site visits, keeping IT systems in view and contributing to rollouts and projects.

Ideal candidates have vocational IT training or a degree, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and the ability to work independently with a service mindset. English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or a degree in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Broad understanding of how IT systems work together.
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

Your working arrangements You will work from home and provide on-site support when needed. You should be willing to travel: business trips and on-site visits are occasionally required but remain the exception.
