SOFTSWISS приглашает на позицию L1 Support Engineer в Познане. Ваша задача — поддержка рабочих станций, управление устройствами, создание учётных записей и сопровождение стандартных процессов ИТ.

Ищу́щийся кандидат должен владеть Windows, macOS, базовыми знаниями AD, Group Policy и PowerShell, а также уметь работать с Jira/Confluence. В офисной среде вам предстоит надлежащий контроль доступа и взаимодействие с подрядчиками.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы в корпоративной среде с Windows.
• Знание Active Directory и Group Policy.
• Навыки устранения проблем в Windows и macOS/Linux.
• Опыт работы с Jira/Confluence и инструментами IT-запросов.

Responsibilities

• Получение и передача оборудования для ремонта по процедурам закупки.
• Учет парка оборудования, участие в закупках
• Установка и настройка оборудования для новых сотрудников (Windows/macOS)
• Создание учётных записей в системах (AD, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack) средствами автоматизации
• Обслуживание систем доступа и физической охраны помещений
• Диагностика аппаратного и программного обеспечения на устройствах пользователей
• Документирование процессов в ИТ-проектах и процедурах

Описание:

We are looking for a L1 Support Engineer to strengthen our IT Support team in Poznań. This role focuses on workplace stability, endpoint management, access administration, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of standard workplace processes while escalating non‑standard or infrastructure‑level issues.

Задачи:

• Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repair in accordance with established procurement procedures
• Maintain and update the corporate equipment fleet, including assisting in procurement processes
• Provide support in installation and initial configuration of corporate equipment for new employees (Windows and macOS)
• Keep accurate records of issued equipment in 1C
• Prepare and configure equipment for corporate use
• Create user accounts in corporate systems (AD, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack) using automated tools/templates
• Manage and support office access control systems (issuing, replacing, updating, and deactivating cards)
• Troubleshoot application and system software issues on user devices
• Conduct primary diagnostics of hardware and software problems
• Install licensed and free software on corporate equipment
• Provide support with printers and printing services
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in line with IT processes and services.
• Escalate hardware/software issues to service providers when required
• Coordinate with contractors (service centers, cartridge refilling services, etc.)
• Assist in sourcing equipment that complies with corporate standards in local and global markets
• Participate in the testing of new IT services (functional validation, data input)
• Restore operating systems on employee devices after crashes or failures
• Configure access to banks, electronic document signing systems, and state or specialized portals
• Advise on the selection and assembly of custom PC configurations based on business needs.

Требования:

• Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
• Understanding of the basic principles of antivirus protection
• Understanding of the fundamental security concepts of MS Windows operating systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Windows systems in a corporate environment Russian; English proficiency level B1 or higher.
• Experience with MS Active Directory
• Experience with Group Policy management
• Knowledge of Apple (macOS) and/or Linux systems
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalents)
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence
• Knowledge of active network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or equivalents)
• Scripting experience with PowerShell
• Basic administration of Windows Server
• Practical experience in structured cabling (SC) installation
• Skills in IT asset accounting and inventory management.
