Job summary

The Arizona Humane Society is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join our Papago Park Campus team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends to support, upgrade, and maintain technology powering our lifesaving mission.

You will provide IT support for workstations, laptops, printers, and phones, install hardware/software, diagnose issues, document work, and assist IT projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant IT certifications (e.g. MCITP, MCSE).
• Associates Degree in information technology with IT certifications OR a Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IT support for workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other technology via in-person, remote, phone, and email support.
• Install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and resolve issues, document completed work, assist with IT projects, and support the organization’s phone system.
