The Information Technology Specialist 2, SG-18 is assigned to the respective Troop Communications section and provides technology and support services to State Police assets within their Troop. It reports to the Technical Sergeant Communications.
Responsibilities include app and vehicle platform support, network troubleshooting, training, documentation, and coordination with BISU. Candidates should meet the stated IT education/experience requirements and may be considered for relevant IT
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree with CS credits or equivalent.
- One year of IT experience with a Bachelor's in any field qualifies.
- Two years of IT experience also qualifies; IT certs may help.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technology and support services to State Police assets within the Troop.
- Application and vehicle platform support (Tablets, AVL, CAD, LPR).
- Technology system support (ATAK, Livescan, Interview Room Recording, Axon cameras).
- Network troubleshooting and cable maintenance; station phone systems.
- Cellular and RSA Token support; training and recordkeeping.
