Job summary

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Health Information Systems Specialist to join the Information Technology Department in Medford, NY. The role focuses on leading HIS implementation, optimizing EHR lifecycle, and ensuring data analytics alignment across multiple healthcare partners.

The candidate should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in healthcare, plus a valid NY driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full-Time Health Information Systems Specialist to join the Information Technology Department in Medford, NY

In his role, you will lead the implementation, use, and functionality of all Health Information Systems (HIS), working with third party EHR vendors, Health Homes, IPAs, RHIOs, and agency stakeholders. Responsible for complete EHR lifecycle, including optimization, governance, and quality assurance, and aligns those systems with the agency's data analytics function.

QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare services, including an expertise in Electronic Health Record Systems. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License.
