Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of healthcare experience, including EHR expertise.
• NY State driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, use, and functionality of Health Information Systems (HIS).
• Coordinate with third-party EHR vendors, Health Homes, IPAs, RHIOs, and agency stakeholders.
• Oversee EHR lifecycle, governance, and QA to align systems with data analytics.
