Job summary

RiseWell Community Services in Medford, NY is seeking a full-time IT Specialist II to lead technical support and provide advanced IT services across systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments. The role requires travel to RiseWell sites throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and NYC to deliver IT support.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of progressive IT experience, with demonstrated ability to resolve escalated incidents, support server and application environments, and ensure security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive IT experience providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Experience supporting end-user technology environments and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated IT incidents involving system performance, network issues, and software or hardware conflicts.
• Assist with server, infrastructure, and application support, including maintenance and patching.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and assist with compliance, security activities, and auditing.
• Serve as escalation point and provide technical guidance to IT Specialist I staff.
• Ensure system access requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
