Bizzell Group is seeking an IT Specialist II to provide advanced technical support, system administration, and endpoint management across enterprise and federal contract environments.

The role handles incidents, administers Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, supports cloud and endpoint security, and ensures compliance with standards. Ideal for candidates with 1–3+ years of experience in IT support and administration.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of technical support or system administration experience.
• Proficiency with M365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and macOS support.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial and escalated point of contact for technical issues via phone, chat, email, or in person.
• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and systems.
• Log service calls and ensure tickets are tracked and resolved in a timely fashion.
• Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, macOS, VPN, MFA, conditional access, and related tools.
• Escalate unresolved queries and provide timely feedback to end users.
