The incumbent serves as an IT Specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT), End User Services (EUS), Endpoint Engineering, Platform Support, Client Technologies subdivision.

EUS provided enterprise-wide technology services and continuous implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and management of VA's technical operations' portfolio - promoting one technology vision across VA.

Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating the four competencies (Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving).
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in IT systems and programs.
• Experience implementing and managing IT programs and projects.
• Ability to analyze requirements, integrate new technologies, and resolve complex IT issues.
