Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• 1) Providing senior level software development, data system development, software deployment, DevOps, and data structures/science including Agile project management;
• 2) Mentoring, training, and developing workforce competencies and skills;
• 3) Translating business/functional requirements into technical task assignments;
• 4) Communicating across groups with various levels of technical knowledge;
• 5) Analyzing and translating technical specifications into integrated systems that automate business processes; executing the life cycle change process of systems and implementing design changes in response to changes in customer functional requirements.
