Job summary

ALS in Texas seeks an IT Specialist I to support end-user hardware, software, and connectivity in an enterprise environment. You will handle printer and Outlook/MS Office issues, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks while collaborating with security groups and IT peers.

Responsibilities include performing Exchange/Office 365 tasks, managing ServiceNow tickets, onboarding/offboarding hardware, imaging and deploying devices, and providing AV support for events.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows environment and end-user hardware/software.
• On-call rotation availability for critical after-hours support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and de-escalate stressed users.
• Basic knowledge of network connectivity, VPN, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user hardware, software, and connectivity issues in an enterprise setting.
• Resolve Outlook and MS Office issues; manage password resets; address printer connectivity problems.
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks: account creation/modification and OU/group handling; assist with Exchange/Office 365 tasks.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets: update, assign, close; assist with onboarding/offboarding hardware and imaging/deploying devices.
