Job description

This position is located in an Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Division where the incumbent serves as an IT Specialist with full range of duties in developing, delivering, and supporting IT systems and services for the Unified Communications organization. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/14/2026.

You may qualify based on your experience as described below:

  • Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Planning, integrating, and supporting enterprise Unified Communications systems including voice, video, and IP based technologies within complex network environments. Performs technical testing and advanced troubleshooting, maintains configuration baselines and documentation, delivers Tier III support, applies cybersecurity and compliance standards, and provides UC subject matter expertise for stakeholders and acquisition activities.
