Job summary

The Connectivity and Collaboration Service (CCS) under VA's Office of Information and Technology is seeking a professional to help design and maintain enterprise connectivity, collaboration, and support services, including video conferencing, secure messaging, and telephony.

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 in the organization, with hands-on work configuring networks and provisioning endpoints, and readiness testing for emergency communications

Join the Connectivity and Collaboration Service (CCS) under OIT and be part of VA's digital transformation. You may qualify based on your experience as described below:

  • Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: experience configuring and managing cellular routers, provisioning endpoints, establishing and managing wired and wireless networks, conducting testing and tracking readiness of emergency communications equipment..
