Description & Responsibilities
The IT Specialist manages and supports the organization's technology infrastructure, focusing on user support, cloud systems administration, and data security. Key components of this role include hardware and software troubleshooting, cloud platform management, and communication. The IT Specialists ensures reliable, secure, and efficient operation of daily technology systems to advance the organization's mission. Will also support management and organization with the implementation of IT related projects and initiatives. This is a single incumbent IT team with management support and assistance & direct support from our 3 rd Party IT Vendor (with a helpdesk & other technical supports). The organization has multiple locations and remote workers (3 residential programs, a legal center and an administration office).
