Responsibilities

• Support IT discovery for quoting IT Managed Services.
• Help scope IT Projects for prospective clients.
• Help scope IT Projects for existing clients.
• Coordinate with Professional Services to align with standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for required skills.
• Improve scoping and discovery processes.
• Conduct on-site/remote assessments of client environments.
• Develop scopes, BOMs, and statements of work.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document client environments and proposed solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and vendor offerings.
• Travel locally to client facilities and work on-site in Irvine.
