Intelligent IT Designs is seeking a full-time Managed Services IT Support Engineer to join a fast-growing team. You will handle a range of client IT tasks, leverage cloud technologies, and work with remote management tools in varied environments.

Expect a challenging, supportive atmosphere with opportunities for growth. The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong communication, and the ability to work with Windows Server, firewalls, and network basics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Help desk: 1 year preferred.
• Windows: 1 year preferred.
• Microsoft Windows Server: 1 year preferred.
• Firewall: 1 year preferred.
• US work authorization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote IT support for clients.
• Communicate clearly with customers and translate technical terms into layman's terms.
• Work hours typically 8:30–5:30, with occasional evenings or weekends during emergencies.
• Collaborate with team to manage and support cloud technologies and remote management tools.
