Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG seeks an IT professional to support the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division, driving digital transformation and integrating global software and infrastructure. You will design, implement and monitor IT systems, document interfaces, and provide tier-3 support while collaborating across IT and digitalization teams.

The role emphasizes innovation, change openness, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Completed education in information technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Logistics IT or Operations IT is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting user end devices and media technology within IP networks.
• Strong English skills (min. B2).
• German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on innovation and future topics within the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division.
• Drive digital transformation in VLS.
• Provide technical consulting for internal departments and IT units in selecting, planning, and implementing new digital systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Creative collaboration on innovation and future topics within the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division.
• Driving digital transformation in VLS.
• Integration of global software and infrastructure solutions for the VLS divisionTechnical consulting for internal departments and other IT units in the selection, planning, and implementation of new digital systems.
• Designing, implementing and monitoring of IT systems.
• Documentation of IT solution architecture including interfaces.
• Ensuring professional third-level support as well as assisting second-level support.
• Collaboration with other IT and digitalization areas.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed education in information technology.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Logistics IT or Operations IT is advantageous.

• Very good command of the English language (min. B2).
