Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment.
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes and production-related topics.
  • Strong analytical and structured working style.
  • Confident, cooperative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes.
  • Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields.
  • Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects.
  • Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities
