• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Very good Polish (B2) and English (B2); German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP EWM processes and develop ideas for optimization and new technical solutions.
• Align processes with templates and location-specific/legal requirements.
• Support change management and test management for functional and load tests.
• Handle change requests from departments and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with project partners in the operation environment.
• Create documentation and training materials for SAP users.
• Train SAP key users across SAAM locations worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of process flows in the SAP EWM area in collaboration with the relevant department and development of new ideas for process optimization and the implementation of new technical solutions.
• Alignment with company-specific templates and location-specific or legal requirements.
• Support for the change process.
• Test management for functional tests, load tests, and change requests as well as projects in the environment.
• Processing change requests from departments based on tickets and development of solution proposals.
• Collaboration with other project partners in the operational environment.
• Creation of documentation and training materials.
• Training and education of SAP key users at SAAM locations worldwide, including regular experience exchange.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Professional experience in administrative and operational logistics, as well as knowledge of various SAP modules required.
• SAP knowledge of the WM/EWM module, other modules desirable.
• Basic knowledge in the automotive aftermarket and IT infrastructure is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• A strong can-do approach with solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
