Job summary

Boise Cascade Company is seeking an IT Software Support Specialist to provide user support, troubleshoot software issues, and train users across multiple locations, including HQ in Boise. The role involves testing new software versions and documenting SOPs while coordinating with distribution centers and regional offices.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with Agility Software and Windows-based applications.

Qualifications

College degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function.
Working conditions include a normal office environment with moderate travel.
Response to operating problems is urgent; may require after-hours work when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide user support and software problem resolution for the Agility Software Package and Windows-based apps.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and perform remote and on-site training as needed.
Document processes, track fixes, and test new software versions prior to release.
