Job summary

College of Southern Idaho seeks a technically focused Product Experience Specialist to support the Office of Information Technology. You will drive adoption of cloud-based tools, train users, and resolve complex issues to improve business operations.

You will coordinate with business owners, IT, and vendors to ensure configurations, testing, and post-implementation support align with needs while maintaining cybersecurity and compliance.

Qualifications

• The job requires strong empathy and service orientation with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and provide end-user support.
• Experience with higher education software and cloud-based tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain and product expertise for assigned tools and configurations.
• Support end users via multiple channels including in person, email, phone, and Teams.
• Assist with training, documentation, and onboarding post-implementation.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and drive adoption.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance through supported systems.
