Job summary

Pro-Axis is seeking a Procurement Analyst 2 specializing in IT procurement, software, and SaaS management. The role focuses on end-to-end software acquisitions, contract renewals, licensing, and vendor evaluations.

You will collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and business stakeholders through the procurement lifecycle, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or tech vendor management.
• Proven track record in procuring software and SaaS agreements.
• Strong vendor research, evaluation, and supplier selection skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services with emphasis on software and SaaS.
• Lead software acquisitions, renewals, and license optimization initiatives.
• Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Research and evaluate suppliers, pricing, and contractual options.
• Develop recommendations for supplier selection based on cost, risk, and business needs.
• Support vendor and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout sourcing activities.
