Job summary

Maverick Technology Partners is seeking a Technical Procurement Analyst for a Hybrid role in New York City. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS, software, cloud, and IT service vendors, negotiating renewals and coordinating due diligence.

Responsibilities include tracking contracts, PO creation, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Finance to ensure compliant vendor engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology procurement or IT vendor management.
• Experience supporting SaaS and cloud vendor engagements.
• Familiarity with privacy and security review coordination (DPAs).

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement of SaaS platforms, software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting.
• Assist with pricing validation, renewals, and commercial term review.
• Lead negotiations with software and SaaS vendors on maintenance and support renewal pricing, terms, and service levels.
