Access Data Consulting Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst (Software & SaaS) to manage end-to-end software acquisitions and license optimization. You will work with IT, Legal, Finance and InfoSec to ensure regulatory alignment and strategic investments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT software procurement, with strong vendor negotiation skills and cloud licensing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on IT software and SaaS procurement experience.
• Experience managing software portfolios, contract renewals, and vendor negotiations.
• Familiar with IT products, cloud licensing models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec teams.
• On-site training 3–4 weeks followed by a hybrid schedule (4 days remote / 1 on-site per week).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT software and SaaS acquisitions from requirements through contract execution.
• Direct software contract renewals, license optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment.
• Develop and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Analyze vendor performance and market data to inform supplier selection.
