Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position involves analyzing, designing, testing, and automating tests. It requires collaboration with team members to develop innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
• Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
• Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
• Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-results-driven solutions.
• Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations — AS400/IBMi.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary range: $74,000 - $118,000 based on experience.
