Job Description

Do you have experience with AS400/IBMi? This might be the role you have been looking for. The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, testing, and automating tests. It requires collaboration with team members to deliver innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
  • Implement test-driven development in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment pipeline for technology solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-results driven solutions.
  • Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in application development or packaged software implementations, specifically with AS400/IBMi.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and outside core hours as needed.
  • Ability to sit, handle, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required.

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
