Sedgwick is seeking an IT Software Developer Advisor SR to lead a team through design, development and maintenance of software in alignment with SDLC guidelines. You will define project scope, coordinate with users and sponsors, and ensure high quality delivery with documentation and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred.
• Nine (9) years of related experience; five (5) years of program development; three (3) years specialized programming.
• Working knowledge of claims management applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, testing and debugging of software per SDLC guidelines.
• Oversee project scope, objectives, and resource planning; guide and train team members.
• Prepare documentation for administrators and end users; manage status reports to department manager.
• Ensure successful project completion and maintain proactive relationships within the team.
