Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX, and is seeking a Site Lead to own the day-to-day tech operations and serve as the face of Hadrian tech for the site.

You will manage endpoints, support manufacturing technicians and engineering staff, maintain local infrastructure, coordinate with vendors, and help visiting employees on-site, while aligning with IT, security, and compliance requirements.

The Role

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility as part of the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. We're looking for an Site Lead to own the buildout, day-to-day tech operations and serve as the face of Hadrian tech for the entire site. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll manage endpoints, support manufacturing technicians and engineering staff, maintain local infrastructure, serve as the point person for day-2 vendors, and help visiting employees from other sites resolve issues while they're on-site.

When fully operational you’ll support manufacturing technicians in the use of Hadrian’s proprietary AI platform Opus. You’ll act as a bridge between the customer and product providing valuable feedback directly from the factory floor to help further refine and develop the platform.

As a remote extension of the central tech team, you'll also contribute to overall Helpdesk operations by supporting other Hadrian employees through Jira Service Management and co-managing the company's suite of SaaS tools.

You’ll report to the Manager of Tech Deployment and work closely with a central team covering IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and helpdesk across all Hadrian sites.

What You’ll Do

Site Operations

• Own all on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff

• Manage device lifecycle using Hadrian's asset management and MDM tools

• Manage your ticket queue in Jira Service Management and drive issues to resolution

• Maintain local network and infrastructure health; escalat to central infrastructure teams as needed

• Serve as the on-call escalation point for on-site IT support needs.

• Interface with Army IT personnel and other Army facility staff to maintain facilities related to IT operations.

Construction and Build Out Support

• Work with the Manager of IT Deployment to support the IT buildout of the RRAD facility in partnership with the Factory Development and central IT teams

• Coordinate with facilities and construction on-site during construction to confirm electrical and low-voltage vendors are building infrastructure correctly, and provide regular status updates

• Manage the logistics; receive, stage, and deploy infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and peripherals

Security and Compliance

• Enforce Hadrian's security tooling and policies on-site: EDR, MDM, and IAM

• Support CMMC Level 2 compliance requirements for CUI handling at the facility

• Coordinate with central IT and InfoSec on incidents, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reviews

Vendor and Asset Management

• Manage local vendor relationships, hardware maintenance contracts, and ISP coordination

• Maintain, organize, and keep an accurate asset inventory for all on-site IT equipment and consumables

• Manage shipping and receiving of IT and infrastructure materials (switches, WAPs, and similar equipment)

What We’re Looking For

• High degree of independence and accountability - this role works without a local IT manager to lean on, and needs to be self-reliant, self-driven, and proactive rather than reactive

• High degree of ownership - drives issues to resolution without waiting to be asked

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, Wi-Fi

• Endpoint management experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM

• Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management

• Comfortable operating as a remote extension of a distributed team

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred

• Experience working with military departments or federal agencies

• CMMC, ITAR, and CUI handling experience a plus
