Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Five years of work-related IT experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in government IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple IT teams to ensure efficient service delivery and meeting SLAs.
• Develops and enforces IT performance metrics and governance policies.
• Oversees incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
• Drives automation, optimization, and cost-saving initiatives in IT operations.
• Reports to senior IT leadership on performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
