You will guide infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives, coach a team, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure smooth operations, reporting, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor staff.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.
