Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a hands-on End User Services leader for the Fremont site. You will manage desktop support, incidents, and workstation lifecycle, while driving service improvements and executive-level technology support.

You will lead a team, mentor talent, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Procurement to deliver end-to-end workplace technology experiences for on-site and remote employees.

• Experience in large enterprise IT service delivery and support operations.
• Proven success leading teams and driving customer focus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor desktop support teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Own Fremont site End User Services operations and incident resolution.
• Drive improvements in SLA attainment, queue health, and process standardization.
• Lead endpoint technologies, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure security, compliance, and asset lifecycle management across the site.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless workplace technology.
