Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist at the reception desk, greeting students, faculty and staff entering the office.
• Support day-to-day functions of the Office and aid staff with various tasks.
• Provide general office support: filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communications with students and staff.
• Comply with CCC Customer Services Excellence Standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support operations.
