The role handles firewalls, switches, Active Directory, and wireless networks, with involvement in facility expansions and customer onboarding while prioritizing security and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in network/system administration and relevant certifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network/system administration in warehouse/logistics settings.
• Strong understanding of VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience with Aruba and Extreme Networks wireless solutions.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Cisco CCNA or CompTIA cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain core network systems (Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba/Cisco switches).
• Manage Aruba and Extreme Networks wireless infrastructure to ensure reliable RF coverage.
• Respond to Tier 2/3 issues across multiple warehouse locations.
• Maintain IP address management, VLAN configurations, and QoS for WMS/TMS/VOIP/CCTV.
• Assist with deployment of new warehouses and facility expansions.
• Enforce IT security controls and collaborate with cybersecurity team.
