Job summary

Pinellas Computers is seeking a customer-focused tech support and sales professional to join our Florida team. You will advise clients at their offices and remotely, prepare estimates, and process invoices while delivering reliable solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CS/sales tech support experience, strong communication, and the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year CS/sales tech support experience (retail, B2C, or inbound leads).
• Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills and memory.
• Valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
• Ability to type at 30 WPM with grammar/accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on services and products at client offices and remotely.
• Build relationships with new clients and address questions.
• Prepare estimates, recommendations and invoices for repairs and hardware/software.
• Record customer data in the support ticketing system and handle payments.
• Diagnose computers (hardware, software, performance) and remove malware.
• Back up user data and recover lost files/partitions as needed.
• Install, repair, clone and upgrade operating systems; email setup and migration.
• Configure printers with drivers and customized settings.
• Manage enterprise networks using Ubiquiti hardware and related devices.
• Oversee Windows Server environments and Office 365 configurations.
• Manage users in server manager, group policy and file sharing.
